Warranty and Returns

Warranty

Barn Owl Woodworks cutting boards are covered by a one year limited warranty. This warranty coverage is applicable against defects in workmanship. If a product is found to be defective, Barn Owl Woodworks will either repair or replace the item.

Not covered under this warranty:

• Damage to cutting board from intentional or accidental means, abuse, alteration or use of cutting board for purposes other than it was intended

• Normal wear and tear

• Splitting, checking or cracking due to inadequate and/or infrequent oiling of cutting board

• Damage due to putting cutting board into dishwasher

• Damage due to exposing cutting board to extreme heat, cold or open flame

• Warping or cracking due to storing of cutting board in excessively damp or humid environment

Please read the Care and Feeding of your cutting board.

Please note that in the event that warranty service is required, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Returns

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom orders.

Returns and exchange details

Returns are accepted up to a week after delivery. A refund will be given for the purchase price excluding shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the event your package is lost or stolen, I will work with you on replacing the item but will not be responsible for a full refund.
